Common Sense on Scarborough Shoal

Simple. We don't need to use our guns. God has given us an extra power to make things organized. This power is very known called as COMMON SENSE.

Even my 4 year old son could solve the problem by just asking him, "Is Scarborough Shoal is far from the Philippine archipelago, so China would have all the rights to claim it?" He would probably use his common sense by just looking the island's distance from China and Philippines.

The most populated county in the whole world is China. It is also one of the powerful countries in terms of military forces. By using the common sense, Philippines is a mismatch.

The President of the Philippines Noynoy Aquino was using his common sense by giving warning to country neighbours about China's aggressiveness on territorial claims. He said China's claims are getting closer and closer to the shore so neighboring countries must be vigilant on their islands too especially those islands that are located around the South China Sea.

Philippines, with the help of the United States as ally of the country would surely join hand in hand in protecting the their territories but of course WAR is not a thing that people would be proud of.

World War III. Cross finger.

The Global Times, on of the biggest China running newspaper published an editorial regarding the Scarborough thingy, and to quote it says " China does not want war, but definitely has no fear of it".

It seems that this huge country is willing to lock and load their advanced war toys to any possible attacks while the Philippine government is in red alert and is thinking of ways to negotiate it in a professional and democratic way.

The war has actually started. China hackers attacked the University of the Philippines website imposing that Scarborough is theirs. But Philippine hackers took a vengeance and hacked China's website telling the same claims.

Again, common sense is the powerful tool that God implanted in the core of our consciousness. If we will not use it, WAR would be the next move.

Herbal that matters

The nature of my works requires stamina and perseverance. As a photographer, real estate marketer, filmmaker and writer, there is one thing that I have to protect - my health.

I have been taking medicines but it didn't work the way it has been advertised on TV. Nothing gives good result until the healthy industry revolved where in the new toughest competitors of mainstream healthy provider born. Hello Herbal.

This organic based medicines have been revolving also. As a party goer I need not to be out of place while my peers are enjoying the show so I have to be always in control and unique. Or shall I say, I have to be like a party enhancer.

I have been using also the so called e-cigarette but it has become more exciting when I happened to experience some herbal that really matters reducing stress and anxiety. The K6 Herbal incense is perfect to sales people like us who should possess such cool appeal.

One said that if you want to feel good after an 8-hour work, going to parties is the cure. Yes, that is perfectly true. While enjoying the beat of the house music, you may also try Spiritual powders for a supercharged party experience.

Herbal is a non synthetic medicine that answers all the illnesses this modern life given us. Herbal City LLC for instance, is I think a Gods gift to people who wish to maintain healthy status in life despite of the demands of life. I wish them long live.

Kiss and Kick of the Battleship: A Review

It’s like another war while Transformers are fighting in the urban area. A war in the ocean between the robots from other planets with an advanced combat technology against an outdated battleship from a museum- the USS Missourri.

Summary? Just a plain defensive act of the United States Navy from an alien invasion. Their mission is to cease the invaders from transmitting data to their mother planet maybe for a back up or maybe queuing them to send more troops.A film from the company that brought us the TRANSFORMERS.

THE KICK
The story writer must be kicked for losing some important characters at the end. These characters have made the war victorious. Had it not been for the extra appearance of these extras, the lead act would be left useless. So, why the hell the director missed to recognize their heroic acts during the recognition of heroes for a job well done? The grandpas, the world war II veterans deserve a clap clap! Their presence hyped up the scenario as they give the viewers another kind of hope with smile on our faces. It’s rare to see oldies to hold and fire a 50caliber guns. Isn’t it?

The boy genius is gone in the picture so sudden. The plot dropped him after saving one’s life. He deserved a recognition too. He was part of the victory of the battleship war but he was left behind.

We were also curious of the detection capability of the aliens. Green means the subject is harmless and you are a threat if you turn red. This mechanism has drawn excitement to us viewers waiting for a twist on it since aliens see us humans, according to their eye gadget thingy, in GREEN mode. The cast didn’t even recognize it until the end of the show. The excitement about this thing was dropped that easy. I was kind of frustrated on this portion, I expected too much but it is not a big deal.

The retired coronel with an artificial robotic legs act so lousy. Yeah, he sounded good but as an army there has to be a magic. A kind of authority in his voice and the way he threw his words. Sorry for that, as much as I want to sympathize him but there was an awkwardness.

THE KISS
Of course, I don’t want to end this review with negative thoughts on your mind. The totality of the film is excellent. Entertainment wise, it passes the standard of the movie goers.

I would like to kiss the HASBRO for creating such CGIs. As I have said, it’s like I am watching Transformers here. The alien battleships are creatively crafted as it really give us an impression of awesomeness. As I have learned, rendering a computer generated water splashes and waves take months to completely become a moving ocean.

The USS navy ships are astounding. You would feel that there is really a war going on there in the pacific ocean. The director did not fail to let us comprehend the plot by providing visuals that are not just friendly to eyes but to our shallow minds. We are not soldiers, are we?
It is supposed to be hard to understand since the dialogues are authentically from commands inside military style of communication.

I love the portion when “Papa Chen” , a Japanese commander ordered the US navy to this and to do that after his battleship from Japan was wrecked. I remember the textbooks I have read. The Japan-USA in World War II was terrifying. I think, on this part, the director wanted us to feel friendship despite of dreadful past. (I called the captain Papa Chen since he looked like the Philippine newest actor who had his break in ABS-CBN’s soap My Binondo Girl)

The explosions and the war scenes are not overdone. Very entertaining. Despite of flaws, Battleship is worth watching and highly recommended to people who want to kick some aliens’ ass!

P.S. Rihanna is a no sexy here.No butt exposure or whatsoever. I didn't expect she acted so well. Her presence in the navy was so strong!Kudos.

Indonesia issues tsunami warning after 8.9 quake

Wednesday, April 11, 2012
JAKARTA, Indonesia — Indonesia issued a tsunami warning Wednesday after an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 8.9 hit waters off westernmost Aceh province.

People on Twitter said tremors were felt in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and India. High-rise apartments and offices on Malaysia's west coast shook for at least a minute

The US Geological Survey said the powerful quake was centered 20 miles (33 kilometers) beneath the ocean floor around 308 miles (495 kilometers) from Aceh's provincial capital.

Said an official at Indonesia's Meteorology and Geophysics Agency who goes by only one name, said a tsunami warning has been issued.

Indonesia straddles a series of fault lines that makes the vast island nation prone to volcanic and seismic activity.
A giant 9.1-magnitude quake off the country on Dec. 26, 2004, triggered a tsunami in the Indian Ocean that killed 230,000 people, nearly three quarter of them in Aceh. (AP)

Facebook buys Instagram for 1Billion Dollars

Facebook has agreed to buy mobile photo-sharing app Instagram for approximately $1 billion in stock and cash. It is Facebook's largest acquisition to date (nothing else even comes close), and comes just weeks before its highly-anticipated IPO.

According to its registration documents, Facebook had around $3.9 billion in cash on hand as of year-end 2011.

"This is an important milestone for Facebook because it's the first time we've ever acquired a product and company with so many users," said Mark Zuckerberg, in a statement posted on his Facebook timeline. "We don't plan on doing many more of these, if any at all. But providing the best photo sharing experience is one reason why so many people love Facebook and we knew it would be worth bringing these two companies together."

San Francisco-based Instagram had raised around $7 million in venture capital funding, from Andreessen Horowitz, Baseline Ventures, Benchmark Capital, Chris Sacca, Adam D'Angelo and Jack Dorsey.

There had been reports that Instagram had raised $40 million in new funding at a $500 million valuation last month, but that deal did not actually occur.

"It's important to be clear that Instagram is not going away," Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom wrote on his company blog. "We'll be working with Facebook to evolve Instagram and build the network. We'll continue to add new features to the product and find new ways to create a better mobile photos experience."

For context, Yahoo (YHOO) acquired photo-sharing company Flickr for just $35 million 2004.

Gago to. Bar ba ito?

Habang uma alingasaw ang baho ng beer, hindi ko mapigilang mag isip ng mga bagay na posibling mangyari. Tulad ng highjacking. Wala lng.Baliw lng.Baka kasi malasing tong batang to at sisigaw ng hold up or high jack tapos biglang joke lng.Trip lng.

Who knows baka may mental whatever itong batang to at pagsasakalin kaming lahat habang natutulog.
