Aguirre Vs Sen.Santiago

" Nasasaktan ang tenga ko"
"Talaga namang nasasaktan ang tenga ko kasi napaka shrill ng boses mo"
"Ang importante sa isang tao ay respeto. Kng nag dedemand ka ng respeto,
respetuhin mo rin mga tao dito " (pointing to the prosecution panel).

These are striking words of Atty.Vitaliano Aguirre II during his confrontation with the senator judge Miriam Defensor Santiago after his attention was called by Sen.Jinggoy Estrada because Aquirre was noticed covering his ears while Sen Miriam castigated the prosecutors for withdrawing the 5 articles of impeachment out of 8 against Chief Justice Corona.

" I charge this private prosecutor a complaint in this court, I have an evidence right here. A video taken by Sen.Allan Cayetano and to say "nasasaktan ang tenga", you could have walked out with the permission of the court but you cannot make those contemptuous gestures and getaway with it.

My opinion.

Aguirre could have acted professionally while accepting the thorns thrown away to them by the judges of the court because in the first place the prosecution panel was singing out of tune ever since the concert in impeachment of Corona begun.

I am not a pro-Corona but I am pro to the idea that any leader who creates anomaly must be charged to go the hellish life that he never planned for his life. Since this country is engineered by constitution of by-laws, due process is the right thing to do. Thus, prosecutors must be equipped with evidences and all the bullets in the world not just to prosecute someone but also to defend themselves from the roaring defense team and from the judges themselves.

To reiterate Miriam, she once said " This is a serious thing, hindi tayo nandito a parang bumili lng sa isang fish vendor at pinag uusapan ang isang masilang kaso". But, the prosecutors were like playing as I observed it.

Withdrawing the 5 articles of impeachment is like killing themselves 5 times. A sign of their weakness. They are lawyers and they should know how to buy and sell ideas. To defend what they have written. To prove that the 8 articles are sounding right to prosecute the chief justice. What is happening now is like they are feeding their flesh to the lions.

The public especially those who have believed in the caliber of these lawyers are now frustrated with what are they performing. The public is much more disappointed with them for wasting the time of the leaders. There are thousands of cases pending in court. There are thousands of social programs pending in the table of the senators. There are thousands of things these leaders have promised during the election that they need to materialize. All pending.

Where is the RH BILL? Where is the GMA case? and many to mention?

The justice system in this country is like a calamity. " Kung may issue, babagyo ng batikos, babaha ng mga nagmamarunong, lilindol ng mga kasinungalingan tapos bigla na lang mawawala."

Now, the private prosecutor, the lawyer of Senator Panfilo Lacson, Davao Vice Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, and lead counsel of Hubert webb in his murder-rape case was cited in contempt.

Pauleen Luna collapsed in Davao City

Eat Bulaga invaded Davao City. Everyone in South San Juan Davao City was excited to watch celebrities live and win big prizes. I lived in San Juan for almost 2 years but had to transfer so I was not able to witness the show and beside I am a Kapamilya.hehe.

Anyway, here is the Juan for all video where Pauleen Luna collapsed on national TV.

Adele: "That Fat Woman"

Adele was I thought a worst performer. The first time I saw her on TV, I told myself "that fat woman is too ambitious to invade the music industry. The NERVE!"

Never heard of her music until one day I decided to hide myself from priorities and deadlines. With one cup of coffee, I accidentally browsed a video where the kids of the late Philippine king of rap Francis M sing in chorus while on their way to school or wherever. The song was Rolling in the Deep.  (here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUDTw874n90 )

I started to love the beat as it was so foreign for me.Something new to the ear. Then, I started searching who is the artist and I found "Adele".God forgive me.

Don't judge the book by its cover.

My judgement wasn't right.Although not all observations are right. From then on, I told again myself " This Big Fat British girl will surely hit the chart!".

There are more unidentified fault lines

A wrecked road in Negros after the earthquake

While following reports about the progress of the earthquake that jolted Cebu and Negros areas with magnitude 6.5 hours before this entry was posted, I was kinda disturbed of what Philvocs said over the national TV. " There are more unidentified fault lines in the Philippines"

The Philvocs officer revealed that Philippines has not yet possessed the sophisticated base mapping equipment that can detect blind faults.

Geologists [philvolcs] were surprised of what appeared to their reports after the killer earthquake hit the Visayas region. They have discovered one fault line after the quake and there will be more soon.

Stupid, isn't it?

All of my life, I believe we have the advanced tools making information technology updated especially to agencies that are responsible for the safety of this country Philvocs for example.

How many government agencies there existing with limited bullets and weak fortress? How many times should we fool ourselves telling to the masses that we are now equipped to be a globally competitive in all aspects? When will we be awaken from the  long sleep in the bed of ignorance? When?

The justice system is dying. Corona? Don't ask me,he deserves to be crowned-- in hell.
Now, I am afraid that even Philvocs is losing the public trust.

I wouldn't be surprised if one day tsunami will hit Cebu again and Philvocs will just say " I am sorry we don't have the tool yet to detect this or to do that"

As per report, there were 13 casualties of the said quake. 13 promising people whose lives would have been brighter and maybe one of them has the brain to think of a solution of the crisis that we are facing now. Tsk tsk.

More fun in the Philippines? Okeeeyy..
