My Take to Real Estate Examination: Bloody!

Real Estate Board Exam last March 27,2011

Bloody. Tricky. Waterloo.
As I call it, it was the most tedious and mind torturing event in my life. Sleepless nights, out-of-memory brain cards (too many items to memorize) and the anxiety disorder management made my whole experience unforgettable. But, the learning I got from studying real estate is priceless and worthwhile.

1 month is not enough to store all the knowledge in real estate. From the basic fundamentals in the practice, appraisal process and to ecology, these require an in-house and thorough study with the experts.

Memorizing the formula and the terms did not sustain our needs to answer confidently the questions. Most questions were situational and full of PROBLEM SOLVING! I could also say, the 120 CPE review with Davao Board is not enough. Most of the questions were answerable by stored knowledge, analysis, data, facts, given figures, computation and COMPREHENSION on legal terms. The CPE review has helped us in introducing ourselves and bind with it. What lacks? Thorough and actual use of each topic which 120-hour class is not enough.

I feel dizzy and lightheaded every afternoon!

Am I dying? Or am I just paranoid enough in knowing what is this dizziness all about? It started two weeks ago. When 3pm comes, I notice that my head is very light and suddenly things are seemingly moving. So I usually stop and start to set my mind that I am ok otherwise, Im gonna faint. I usually bring expensive things like camera for my daily hobby---photography. I keep telling myself that I will not faint because I am bringing also value. And, the most expensive value is my life!.

It repeatedly strikes me. Dizziness every afternoon makes me crazy. I cannot perform my daily tasks. I went to the doctor at San Pedro Hospital, Davao. That was my first time to be checked upon. First, they checked my blood (first time to punctured..it really was so hurting). My blood condition is good. Now, the doctor gave me SERC and ITARAX. Infairness, SERC helped me on my dizziness and the ITARAX boost my sleeping performance.

Now, I have consumed the said med, but I am still experiencing that dizziness and lightheaded every afternoon. I want more SERC but the doctor prescribed it for 3 days only. Can somebody help me why are these dizziness, fast heartbeat, worrying and lightheadedness occur?

Philippines is safe from nuclear meltdown!

A viral text flooded to most of my friends cellphone then passed it mine. It's kindda annoying that I am receiving  same message every minute.I can even see moms putting betadine to their children's neck.I want to clear to whoever can read this that the text message is baseless and just want to create chaos. The message goes like this

BBC FLASHNEWS: Japan government confirms radiation leak at fukushima nuclear plants.Asian countries should take necessary precautions. Remain indoors first 24hrs. Close doors and windows.Swab neck with betadine where thyroid area is. Radiation hits thyroid first.Radiation may hit Philippines at starting 4pm today. Pls send to your loved ones.
No scientific basis and plainly made by fools. Below is the news from ANC telling that Phil is safe from any meltdown.

MANILA, Philippines - Government scientists assured the public on Sunday that any nuclear meltdown in Japan will not affect the Philippines.
Department of Science and Technology (DOST) officials said unlike previous nuclear meltdowns such as

3 in a row in Japan: Earthquake,Tsunami and Nuclear Explosion

International news TV have been broadcasting Japan's situation day by day. As I look at it, the happening was very tragic. Buildings were collapsed by the powerful magnitude of 8.9, thousands of houses and lives were wiped out by the tsunami and here comes the another threat--- NUCLEAR EXPLOSION.

Japan is a progressive country where known for being advanced in most of the technology that the world is applying. These technologies could have protected Japan from the catastrophic phenomenas.I was expecting to that, but I also realized that 'we are just humans'. Even how advance robots are, these could not resist the roaring power of NATURE when it strikes.

In my opinion, the world has spoken. We have been warned many times. We have been taught of everything good and bad effects of human acts. What we are experiencing now is just an effect of what we are doing to the nature. Eveything is relative.

Let us just put this way. The earth reacts from our abusive actions. The earth uses the sea to send its message. This message is the enormous power of water that can destroy towns in a short span of time. Nuclear has been tagged as the most powerful yet very harmful to human when reacts. God didn't create such thing. We are the ones created it. So, the earth uses the sea to destroy harmful-man-made thingy and so we will suffer from it. Everything is relative.

Maniniyot Community

This was my first attendance in Maniniyot Community ( Community of Photographers in Davao City). It was unforgettable since I got the first place ( from left to right in the photo) for aspirants category. Well, at least the effort was appreciated. In this group, like other community, has a monthly themed photo contest where the Feb's theme was "Standing out from the crowd". When I got the instruction to shoot based on this theme, I rushed to Tagum City because I knew , Tagum was celebrating Musikahan, crowd was really there. But instead of shooting the usual crowd, I preferred to shoot empty chairs waiting for the crowd. And in timing, there was one guy in orange passed through the rows. Then, the idea came up! Standing out from the Crowd. Luckily, the members of the community voted it. There is a lot more to me for the next monthly contest. Just want to share that at least, I got new bundle of people sharing with the same passion. It keeps my stress from work away! Thank you Maniniyot Community of Davao.

Investment Made Easy: Housing in Davao

For several years of self study on web developing, I could say, at least, was able to publish that is really coming from my own imagination. The image above is the snap of my newest website ( www.davaoinvestors.com ) for housing investment guide. I featured there of course the company I am working with. Kisan Lu Lands Inc. This craft urged me to spend more to know itself but it's worth it since I make more money/ more income out of it now. Indeed, real estate selling is the fastest income generating career. And, I am starting to love this craft after selling more than 10 residential units of Kisan Lu Lands. Before, blogging was just a part of my daily living. A mean of expression one's feelings. Today, it becomes the door for blessings. I am very proud of myself because all the hardships that I have been experiencing, it resulted to a big blast of change for myself and counting! Really. Thanks to the Almighty Father in heaven who gave this skills of mine. I love you Lord!
