THE JUDGEMENT DAY!

Don't you realize that we are actually, currently, experiencing the judgement day? Are you still aware of the ARMAGEDDON? Or your heart and mind don't just want to feel and see that GOD is here now! As in NOW! Judging us!

One night, thinking nothing while watching the shinning stars, a realization came in to my very mind. It was the horrible HEADLINES in the news that I have read in newspapers and on TV. "China's quake death toll rises up to 55,000" Shocking, isn't it? On the next day, the Philippines was attacked, not by terrorism but by a STORM "Cosme" that destroyed million worth rice fields and killed people. It made me to realize that the most powerful in TERRORISM is the NATURE itself--the GOD himself. Terrorism defines as a way of destroying a nation, destabilize and creating panic or worries--death!. The coming of the LORD, as he said "Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed."(Rev. 16:15). He is telling us that we would not be noticing his coming for he is like a burglar. And those "stays awake" are those who keeps His order "keeps his clothes with him" and religiously possessing it. China is not a christian country. Chinese do believe of different gods. Thus, God might want to disable this belief for He has given thousands of years for them to know that there is only ONE GOD!

He has started the JUDGEMENT day. Like an earthquake, unpredictable, like a thief, God has come and we didn't notice that He is actually judging us separating righteous from evils. God! the current death toll now in China rises to 55,700 and more DEAD PEOPLE. Of course, if I were a God I would punish first those who are not believing me.The tsunami in Indonesia would be another indicator of God's judgement. More than 200000 were killed. If it is not God's will, so what is this, Satans will? No, satan cannot move mountains nor quake earth's plate nor create tidal waves. Only one God can do that. Don't tell me God is only playing lives? Blasphemous! When He said in the revelation " I will scoop you by using my hands and whosoever will fall shall experience hell" Of course, the "whosoever" are those evils who happened to be His sons and daughters.

If I were you, surrender now your deadliest weapons to the Lord for He is now judging you. Now, look at Myanmar? the death toll now is almost 100,000. Damn! God is actually subtracting his people--sinners! China's 9 magnitude earthquake, Tsunami in Indo, Cyclone in Myanmar, what else? Cosme?Wowowee stampede?rice crisis? how about the oracle on NATION vs NATION..hmm U.S versus PAKISTAN,IRAQ, IRAN etc. Muslim vs Christian. Isn't it the ARMAGEDDON?Gathering of all the kings (leaders)? REV 16:16. If there is one thing to do to get rid of this GOD's revenge---is to REPENT....afraid?you have to!

MATIGSALOG:Be part of our history

May 08 this year I went to Marahan Marilog District Davao City. Alone. I went there not just to tour my self but to start my mission to document lives of Matigsalog Tribe. It was there first Kalivolungan Festival when the city government recognized their existence. Their tribe. I joined the documentation team together with the leading newspaper in davao SUNSTAR with the Kinaiyahan Foundation who volunteered to help Matigsalog Tribe put their culture into account.

THE MISSION is to record Matigsalog history in any means. I was tapped to make a documentary (film) about Matigsalog as SUNSTAR and other volunteer writers heartily make a book (HISTORY BOOK) as requested by the elders of the tribe. According to the datus, they are afraid because their roots might lost if the history keepers (elders) die. Thus, the team now is busy researching and asking the datus about it since their past can only be accessed orally. If these writers got this biggest challenge of their life, I have to consider myself too. My mission is to film them with several segments. It would be more than one hour documentary tackling their roots,music, folklore, customs,values and beliefs and everything that refers to Matigsalog. Challenging isn't it?

Now, we are in the phase 1. Researching, data gathering ,shooting etc. When I reached the site (Marilog) I was so stupid for I was not able to bring along with me my jacket. I tell you, their place is too cold and fogs appear even if at noon time.Freeze to death. I witnessed how they live,how is it to be a matigsalog and how RICHES out there use them.Their land.Their ancestral domain.With a small amount of money hecatares of land are being sold and utilized with giant plantations. I slept at Mr. Dukot's resident with KFI executive director Betty Cabazares.No lights.Extreme Coldness.Native Foods. I felt how beautiful to be one of the warriors to preserve one's culture.I pray that Datu Guinto,their deputy Mayor, will surely help his people encouraging them to be as one! Vice Mayor Inday Sara was adopted by the tribe giving her new name as "Bai Lingganay" which means as sacred voice that all tribe must follow as sign of gratitude for helping them to be recognized.She was dramatically dressed by the matigsalogs with the tribe's costume during the last day of the festival (May 9) and I was happy that at least the government is working giving them food (25 sacks of rice) and money (P 25,000). I am inviting you to be part of this challenging mission. Be part of their history.

I just got HIRED!

With weary condition from my mission last day, I was energized when "Ms Cherry" Victoria Plaza Human Resource staff called me up for my final interview with Mr. Chiquito Sze, owner of the VP Dept Store, regarding to my application as Advertising and Promotion Assistant. I went back home and dressed up myself with the prescribed "happy color" polo in a formal mode. When I got there, the HR manager practiced me first on how to deal with Mr. Sze queries because according to her he is different among other bosses. With my samples (designs) including my port folio, I went inside his office with trembling knees and with an as-if-not afraid face (confidence). The interview went bad at first,because he questioned me being a part of the MEDIA while seeing my articles in different papers (in my port folio). He really was an idealist. He raised points like "There is no such thing as poverty line, it so happened that filipinos don't have disciplined. Parents are both jobless yet have 5 children so what do you expect from it?" From that point of idea, though a bit discriminating, I learned that " Bahalag saging basta labing" aphorism does not help if we want to build a good nation. Mr. Sy also tackled about the Chinese principles in which he was trying to tell me that workers should do what the boss wanted them to do so because for them RULES are made for good so there is not such rules that bad. I know you would refute me to that but I have nothing to do but to nod and nod affirming that he is true (note: I was applying and he needs my sympathy). After the sermon-like interview, I thought he failed me but it was actually an orientation because he hired me for the job. Huuu!Thanks God! He (GOD)is now slowly answering my questions about LIFE.

A glimpse to my Graduation and the JOB HUNTING

Now, it is a corny line for me to say "Wow graduate na ako". Too late. Last April 12 this year, my sacrifices in Mass Communication ended with an unforgettable experience. I want you to peep one of the most important memories happened in my life.The photo shows the happy yet last bonding of my Mass Communication Internship Program family as we try to frame our self in a photograph (Find me in the pic). As what I have said in my past post, I don't want to graduate but I don't have the prowess to control the TIME as much as I want to stop the day. The guy beside me is Neil John Luayon . A blogger, my ever editor in our indie film, my buddy, a very " lu-uran" good friend. One of my greatest friends.
Now, our target, of course, is to land a good job. Well, I have sent my resume to numbers of companies and I am still waiting for interviews,exams,final interviews etc while I am spending my vacation because I think I deserve to take my rest. I used to be a trainee of a Manila-based Call Center SITEL but after 1 week training I stopped.Tired. My heart says I don't belong here. At present I am waiting for positive results of my application and training in NBN as reporter. Waiting for final interview with Mr. Chikito Sy (not sure of his first name's spelling...jeje), the president and owner of the Victoria Plaza Department Store after passing the exam and HR manager and the ADPROM head interviews. I applied as Advertising and Promotion coordinator. Well, advertising in tri-media is not new to us--Mass com. The Sta. Lucia Real Estate have called me to take the exam after they considered my application thru the http://www.jobstreet.com/. I have taken my "nose bleed" exam in LandCo. (note: at the 16h floor). The next level is to be interviewed with their Marketing Officer about my application as Marketing Coordinator in Events and Communication. In May 1 jobs fair I have applied in Eversun Software Phil as content writer and link builder. Qualification?--must be a blogger!(Calling all bloggers out there to apply)Isn't 15K not enough as salary?visit http://www.agentsofvalue.com/ .Well,all I have to do now is to wait...hmm yes, to wait (Blessed are those who are patient).
