Mindanao: Foodless Basket of the Phil.

Luzon envies Mindanao for being the " Food Basket of the Philippines". If Luzon is the center of industrialization, Mindanao earns the honor of agriculture...RICE! So, it really is a BIG "WHAT?" when hearing a news that there is a rice shortage here. Every morning, I listen to Super Radyo hosted by Jun Digamon, GMA 7-Davao anchor. I appreciate much his braveness in commenting issues fairly. He often times touches this issue and I am sick of it. Here I learned and realized how fool our government here in the Philippines. May I straightly include the National Food Authority being the crocodile of this problem. Look and analyze this. Mindanao has the mega portion in rice planting. In Banaybanay, Davao Oriental alone you cannot catch the end of your sight while seeing the green grains waving the supah wide land. Banaybanay is one of the biggest rice exporters in the nation. Oops there are many-to-mention- regions in Mindanao that are being planted with the green grains! Now, how come Mindanao suffers when it is abundant of rice? Why Mindanao compared to Visayas and Luzon has the most expensive rice price? Farmers plant rice but why the hell farmers still hungry? Hmm consider the following.

HOARDERS These are filipinos who don't care their co-filipinos. They take advantage by selling the combined commercial rice with the NFA rice at higher cost.

RICE MILLERS John Paul Seniel's exclusive report was an explosive. The Comval governor and family are accordingly keeping 25,000 bags of rice in their rice mill building. Why are the comval people put croc leaders in the government? In public market, starting at dawn, hundreds of filipinos are falling in line in order to avail the 18 pesos/kilo of NFA rice but these croc leaders are keeping it and of course re-bag it and sell with higher cost. How demonic isn't it?

THE NFA. Pretending blind. Stupid. An authority without heart. the brothers and sisters of the crocodiles! I don't want to mess here on my blog about you people their in NFA. I already filled my room with shitty words for them while listening such anomalies that include the NFA leaders themselves. (e.g. the holding hands while chika chika with the said Comval royal rice millers, the stupid and fruitless statement of Mr. Kamayan about the re-bagging issue etc.)

COVER ME. Simple logic. To cover the big issues like NBN Broadband deal scandal that implicates PGMA, the cover has to be big also. Unfortunately, they chose the 'rice shortage' declaration to cover such issues. People now don't care about NBN because they prefer to fall in line under the heat of the sun rather than to participate on issues. Very clever! Saludo ako sayo Ginang Arroyo!

That is why I go for FEDERALISM where the money and food of Mindanao are for Mindanao. Hmm I am also into the idea of making Mindanao as a Republic. Solely Mindanao!
